How to see the Hidden files of a folder?

Open the folder.
Tool -> Folder Options -> View ->
(In advanced settigns box) Hidden files and folders ->
select  show hidden files and folders -> OK
 

If you are using windows 7

Open the folder 
Click the Organize menu entry and then click the  Folder and search options
View -> Show hidden files, folders and drives
